Pecan Pie must be refrigerated, loosely wrap your pie in plastic wrap or aluminum foil. To preserve its texture and shape you want to avoid wrapping it too tightly. Keep refrigerated for up to four days
To Freeze your Pie for up three months, wrap it in a layer of plastic wrap, followed by a layer of aluminum foil, and freeze. Individual slices can also be double wrapped and frozen.
To re-heat, thaw overnight in the refrigerator, cover loosely with foil, then place in 350 degree oven for 15-20 min.
